The ICVB will work with all hotels/venues on behalf of the meeting planner in order to solicit proposals for your guests’ meeting space and sleeping rooms.

In order to make your stay more enjoyable, the ICVB will supply documents, image brochures, and visitor’s guides to help build meeting attendance and awareness of this perfect destination. The ICVB can also provide assistance in planning special activities including team-building events, spousal tours, and much more.
